 
						Put 1 cup of half-and-half, 2 tbs sugar and ½ tsp vanilla in a small ziplock bag. Close the bag and zip it into a larger ziplock back with 3 cups of ice and ⅓ cup salt (kosher or rock salt works best). Shake the bags for 5-8 minutes and share your delicious treat with us!
