Begin this investigation with 2 cups, 1 coffee filter, water, some dirt, a spoon, and a rubber band. Next, secure the coffee filter with the rubber band to one of the cups. Add dirt and water to the second cup and stir. Now, pour the dirt mixture over the filter. What happens?
